Wilmington is a vibrant riverfront city and most accessible coastal area in the state. The pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk winds along the Cape Fear River, connecting many of the city’s shops, cafes, and nightlife with waterfront hotels, parks, and the Port City Marina.

East & Mason is located directly within the Masonboro Sound Historic District and allows very close access to the pristine Masonboro Island. This island is a dedicated nature preserve, and the largest undisturbed barrier island along the southern part of North Carolina.

Sought-after Masonboro Elementary School is right across the street, soon to be linked to East & Mason by a new 1.4-mile pedestrian and bike path.

The Masonboro area is home to some of the top schools, unique local shopping, neighborhood restaurants, and natural outdoor amenities like parks and beaches.

East & Mason will contain approximately 170 new homes designed with 3 lifestyles in mind: Villa townhomes with primary suite downstairs, Alley-fed single-family homes with garages in back, and Traditional single-family homes.

Additionally, we have reserved 30 homesites for local custom builders to enable buyers to design and build their own homes.
