Fonville Morisey & Barefoot hosted 170 builders, developers, bankers and company associates for a Builder Forum on May 20th at the North Raleigh Hilton. Chuck Graham, Newton Graham Consultants from Charlotte and Ken Atkins, Wake County Economic Development Executive Director, were the featured speakers.
 
Savvy Homes in Keystone Crossing welcomes Lou Overby as the new sales associate.
 
Garrison, a new HHHunt Homes community in Holly Springs held a Realtor Grand Opening on May 11th with 265 attendees.
 
Governors Lake Townes by Robuck Homes had 6 sales in the last two months.
 
Shea Homes in Wrenn Meadow, Cary, had 5 sales in May.
 
ForeverHome in the Meadows of Olde Carpenter sold out 65 townhomes in 9 months.
 
Brian Nelson at Hortons Creek in Cary has sold 12 presales and 2 specs between $430 - $560 since January 1.
 
Tuscany, a Johnston County community has sold 20 homes between $160 - $230 since January 1.
 
1st American Builders at the Townes of Bedford Square has sold 13 townhomes between $196 - $230 in 2010.
 
The Cottages at Regency and Glenlake South have sold 1 spec and 5 presales in the $525 - $750 price range since February. Premiere Homes is the builder.
 
HHHunt Homes will be building homes from the $230’s in the Villages of Apex.
 
Fonville Morisey & Barefoot is now marketing Olive Chapel Park, and Evelyn John is the sales associate.
 
Since January 2010 there have been 20 sales in Brighton Forest in the $250 - $375 range.
 
Heather Mansfield is the new community sales associate in Ashford, a 1st American Builders neighborhood in Fuquay.
 
ForeverHome is building homes in Cary on Green Level Church Road in Toscana from the $390’s.
 
Stratford at Abbington in Apex has had 12 sales between $530 - $650 this year.
 
Robuck Homes will be building 39 homes in 12 Oaks starting in the $280’s. Sales are scheduled to begin in August.
 
Earle Sherman has sold 6 homes for Savvy Homes in Rockbridge since March 1st.
 
Bradley Terrace opened in May with 6 new townhomes available in Apex from the $180’s.
 
Grayline Builders has recently sold 3 specs in Magnolia, Olde Carpenter and Kirkwood Park.
 
Eryn Sipling is the new sales associate at Church Street Townes, a townhome neighborhood from the $190’s built by Terry and Kevin Poythress in Morrisville.
 
Weston Place has sold 42 townhomes since January 1 including 8 in May.
 
ForeverHome has sold 27 homes in Keystone Crossing in 2010 from the $190’s.
 
Southview Pointe, a 1st American Builders community in Fuquay, has a new sales associate, Tim Overby.
 
The Manors and The Estates at Renaissance at Regency in Cary have had 8 sales from $736 - $1.4m this year.
 
Brier Village, a new ForeverHome neighborhood located at the intersection of Alexander Drive and Page Road is now selling from the 180’s. The community will have 43 Townes and 126 Manors.
