Fonville Morisey & Barefoot was created in 1989 by the merger of the Fonville Morisey New Homes
Division and Realmark Corporation. Known originally as Fonville Morisey Builder Marketing Group,
we tripled our sales during the next two decades, becoming one of the most successful new homes
sales and marketing firms in the Research Triangle area.
